Submit Full Questionnaire Draft

Design and submit a full draft of your survey questionnaire. This draft will form the foundation for your final project and should follow the principles and guidelines introduced in Weeks 1 and 2.

Your submission must include:

✅ A brief introduction paragraph (2–3 sentences) stating the purpose of the survey
✅ A clearly defined construct (or multiple constructs)
✅ 4–6 items per construct
✅ A properly formatted Likert scale (e.g., 1 = Strongly Disagree to 5 = Strongly Agree)
✅ Clear and unbiased item wording (no double-barreled or leading questions)
✅ Layout presented in APA format (see Reading 5)
