The introduction I selected is effective because it is clearly structured and easy to follow. It begins with a general background that introduces the broader context of the topic, which helps readers understand why the research area is important. The writer then gradually narrows down to a specific problem, making the transition logical and coherent.
The problem statement is presented clearly, highlighting a research gap that has not been fully addressed in previous studies. This leads naturally to the research questions, which are stated explicitly and align well with the identified problem. In addition, the significance of the study is well explained, showing both theoretical and practical contributions. This makes the research more meaningful and relevant.
For my own thesis, I would like to adopt this structured approach, especially the way the author moves from general background to specific issues.
