I am fairly confident in the reliability of my questionnaire, although there is still room for improvement. I did not calculate Cronbach’s Alpha, but I tried to promote internal consistency by designing items that all measure the same underlying construct and by using similar wording and scale formats throughout the questionnaire.

One challenge I faced was ensuring that all items were clearly related to the same concept without becoming repetitive. Some questions risked being interpreted slightly differently by respondents, which could affect consistency. It was also difficult to balance clarity and variation in wording.

In the next draft, I would improve the questionnaire by refining ambiguous items, removing or revising questions that may not align closely with the main construct, and ensuring more consistent phrasing. If possible, I would also calculate Cronbach’s Alpha to obtain a more objective measure of the scale’s reliability.

Nice reflection—your focus on keeping items aligned with one construct is solid. You might consider doing a quick pilot test to catch any ambiguous questions early, and calculating Cronbach’s Alpha next time would really strengthen your reliability claim.
