Internal consistency of the measurement scale was assessed using Cronbach's Alpha. All three constructs demonstrated excellent reliability: Acessibility (a = 0.873), Satisfaction (a = 0.928), and Perceive Impact (a = 0.924), with an overall scale alpha of 0.954.
Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) To examine construct validity, EFA was conducted in SPSS using Principal Component Analysis with Varimax rotation. The Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) value was 0.956 and Bartlett's Test of Sphericity was significant (x2 = 3742.099, p < .001), confirming sampling adequacy. EFA supported a three-factor structure aligned with the theoretical model, with items loading cleanly on their respective constructs.
