Research topic: Needs assessment: professional development needs for Preschool English teachers in a Vietnamese bilingual preschool system.

1. What professional development needs do English teachers identify when working in preschool context with children ages 18 months to 6 years old?

2. How prepared do English teachers feel across key early childhood education competency areas (child development, behaviour management, play-based pedagogy, parent communication)?

3. How do professional development needs differ by:
