Topic clarity and feasibility
The topic is clear, relevant, and feasible for a quantitative study at the university level. However, the term learner-related factors is quite broad and could be more clearly defined.

Suggestions to narrow or sharpen the research questions
RQ1 is clear and measurable. RQ2 and RQ3 could be sharpened by specifying which learner-related factors are examined and how the “most influential” factor will be identified.

Ideas for improvement or further consideration
Consider clearly categorizing learner-related factors in the framework to improve focus. A brief justification for using self-reported speaking performance instead of test scores would also strengthen the study.
