Your topic is clear, focused, and highly relevant to early childhood education in a bilingual context. The research questions align well with the research aim, though they could be sharpened by specifying particular listening skills or focusing on a smaller set of teaching strategies. The qualitative methodology using observations and teacher interviews is appropriate for exploring classroom practices and challenges. You might also consider briefly mentioning how the data will be analyzed to further strengthen the study.
