Note: Although the survey was administered to HUFLIT students in practice, this file only includes items measured on a five-point Likert scale (1–5) for the purpose of this assignment. Open-ended questions with text-based responses were excluded to facilitate quantitative analysis.

I am quite confident about the reliability of my scale. The Cronbach’s Alpha value is 0.95, which shows a high level of internal consistency among the items. This means that the questions seem to measure the same overall idea related to students’ perceptions of the website. However, since the scale only includes a small number of items, the result should still be interpreted carefully.

One main challenge was trying to keep the questions consistent without making them sound too similar. Some ideas like usability and usefulness are closely connected, so it was not always easy to clearly separate them when writing the items. I also needed to make sure that the wording was simple enough so that students from different majors could understand the questions in a similar way.

For the next draft, I would add more items to each scale to make the measurement more stable. I would also like to do a small pilot test to check whether any questions are confusing or overlapping. Based on the feedback, I could revise the wording to improve clarity and overall reliability.
