Assoc.Prof.Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Vu is currently Vice President of Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages - Information Technology (HUFLIT), Chairman of STESOL and Vice President of VietC@LL . With training experience from more than 25 countries, his main expertise is building digital transformation competency and providing consultation services to higher education institutions and businesses across Vietnam. He won Vietnam Technology Innovation Award in 2012 and got recognized as Vietnam Microsoft Innovative Educator (MIE) Master Trainer in 2014. Assoc. Prof.Dr. Pham Vu Phi Ho is now Vice Dean of the Faculty of Foreign Languages, Van Lang University and Vice President of VietC@LL. He used to be Vice-President of Ba Ria – Vung Tau University and Vice-President at Van Hien University, Vietnam. Pham has published 64 research articles in both local and International Journals (ISI/Scopus-indexed), and 9 books and course-books, 3-course books were used for both the undergraduate and graduate levels at Van Lang University, HCMC Open University, Vietnam, and Lourdes College, Higher Education Department, Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines. He has international experience in teaching English at Suranaree University of Technology, Thailand, and Gyeongju University, South Korea. His main interests include Academic Writing, peer responses, translation, Teaching methodologies, and Technology-enhanced learning.

Ms. Le Ngoc Phi Yen, a dedicated professional with a passion for language education and a drive for continuous learning, embarked on her academic journey by earning a Bachelor's degree in English Language from the University of Education, Ho Chi Minh City. With a firm foundation in language education, she is currently pursuing her Master of Arts in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (MA TESOL) at Hoa Sen University, further enriching her expertise in language teaching methodologies.
Ms. Le Ngoc Phi Yen
Ms. Tran Ngoc Ha earned her Bachelor of Arts in English from HUFLIT in 2007 and completed her Master of Arts in TESOL at Victoria University in 2012. She is currently employed at HUFLIT as an EFL lecturer and serves as the deputy leader of the English for Non-major Students Section. For three consecutive years, she has been recognized as a Microsoft Innovative Educator (MIE) Expert. Her passionate scientific research focuses on Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL), Computer-Assisted Language Learning (CALL), and Computational Linguistics. Ms. Ha is dedicated to integrating technology with her innovative teaching methods to achieve educational success.
Ms. Tran Ngoc Ha
Ms Dinh Tran Thuy Lieu is currently a visiting English teacher at Ho Chi Minh City Open University and Saigon College, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. She obtained an MA Degree in TESOL from Ho Chi Minh City Open University in 2022 and has over 8 years of experience in teaching English as a foreign language. Her research interests involve CALL, MALL, TELL, Computational Linguistics, Blended and Online Language Learning, AI for Language Learning, as well as ELT Methodology.
Ms. Dinh Tran Thuy Lieu
Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Lien is currently a university lecturer and a member of STESOL. With nearly 10 years of experience in various EdTech projects and companies, her main interests lie in the practical application of technological tools to create meaningful and engaging ESL teaching materials. Her EdTech involvements include working as a national consultant for the digitalization of training for in-company training coordinators, a role that is part of the Programme Reform of TVET in Vietnam, and localizing online courses for the Vietnamese market. Additionally, she developed a community language online course titled 'English for Beginners' for the Vietnam Youth Union. Her current research focuses on the use of educational tools and platforms to enhance the quality of English language teaching in diverse teaching contexts.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Lien
Dr. TRAN, V. D. Thuy (Tran Vu Diem Thuy) has taught English for over 20 years at the university level and is currently a full-time lecturer at Ho Chi Minh City University of Foreign Languages - Information Technology (HUFLIT). She earned her Ph.D. in Applied Linguistics at Khon Kaen University, The Kingdom of Thailand, with a fully funded ASEAN-GMS scholarship in 2023. She has also received several prizes and grants in teaching and research, CamTESOL 2019 for instance. She has been recognised as a professional trainer for high school teachers in ICT and ELT in Ho Chi Minh City institutes and Mekong Delta provinces since 2012. Her research interests include Linguistics, ESP, CALL/MALL, and Teacher Education.
