In my CFA analysis, I used CFI (Comparative Fit Index) and RMSEA (Root Mean Square Error of Approximation) to evaluate model fit. For CFI, I adopted the threshold of ≥ 0.90 as acceptable and ≥ 0.95 as good fit. This is supported by Hu and Bentler (1999), who suggested that values close to .95 indicate a well-fitting model.

For RMSEA, I used < 0.08 as acceptable and < 0.05 as good fit. This guideline is also based on Hu and Bentler (1999), as well as other SEM literature.

In my results, the model showed CFI = 0.93 and RMSEA = 0.06. This indicates that the model achieved an acceptable level of fit. Although it does not reach the “excellent” threshold, the values suggest that the model is reasonably well-fitted and suitable for interpretation.
