The regression model is statistically significant, F = 184.486, p < .001, and explains a moderate proportion of variance in perceived stress (R² = .466). Both predictors, Total Mastery (β = −.422) and Total PCOISS (β = −.358), significantly and negatively predict perceived stress.

The residuals appear approximately normally distributed, as shown by the histogram and P–P plot, and the scatterplot indicates no clear pattern, supporting linearity and homoscedasticity. Additionally, multicollinearity is not a concern (VIF = 1.385).

Overall, the model is appropriate and reliable for interpretation.
