To identify the most common professional development gaps among English teachers in preschool settings

To quantify the frequency and intensity of training needs across multiple competency areas

To examine how professional development needs vary by teaching experience and teacher nationality

To develop evidence-based framework for designing and implementing professional development programs that support English teachers’ ongoing growth
Planned methodology: Mixed-methods convergent design:

Quantitative: Survey approximately 20 English teachers currently working in the system to identify patterns in training needs and preparedness ratings.

Qualitative: Conduct semi-structured interviews with 8-10 participants to explore the challenges, knowledge gaps and prior training experiences.
