Hi Như
Overall, your RQs are clearly worded and easy to understand. Each question targets a specific aspect of writing quality:

RQ1 focuses on grammatical accuracy

RQ2 focuses on lexical variety

RQ3 focuses on error types not corrected by GT

This separation helps keep the study focused and avoids overlap. One small point: RQ3 could be slightly clearer by rephrasing “fails to correct into students’ essays” to something like “fails to correct in students’ essays” for smoother wording.
