• How confident are you in your scale’s reliability?
  I am confident in the reliability of the scale, as the Cronbach’s Alpha value of .880 indicates strong internal consistency. This suggests that the six items measure the same underlying construct—perceived usability of AI tools—in a coherent and stable manner. The high reliability implies that participants interpreted the items consistently, supporting the credibility of the scale for descriptive analysis.

• What challenges did you face in writing consistent items?
  A key challenge was ensuring that each item addressed the same conceptual domain without becoming repetitive. Balancing clarity and specificity required careful wording so that items captured different aspects of usability while maintaining a shared focus. Avoiding ambiguity was important to minimize varied interpretations that could weaken internal consistency.

• What would you improve in the next draft?
  In a future revision, I would refine item wording to enhance clarity and consider expanding the scale to include related dimensions, such as perceived usefulness or satisfaction. I would also pilot-test the questionnaire with a small group to identify confusing phrasing and ensure that items function cohesively.
