In my EFA, four factors emerged. This was slightly different from my expectation because I worked with three constructs. The Life Satisfaction items grouped together clearly, so that part made theoretical sense. Most Optimism items also loaded on the same factor, but op3 showed cross-loadings. The Mastery items were split into two groups, so that structure was less clear and may need more careful interpretation.
